Cleanse twice, morning and evening.
Apply toner to help minimize pores, balance skin’s pH
Apply serum. If using retinol that is only for the evening.
Apply moisturizer to lock in moisture
Apply oil if needed for additional hydration, recommended for evening.
Apply SPF 30 or greater in the morning.

We recommend between 4-6 weeks. Speak to our master esthetician for a personalized treatment plan.

20s-30s: hyaluronic acid for hydration, salicylic acid and lactic acid for exfoliant, vitamin C for antioxidant, spf 30 or higher
30-40s: retinol/retinaldehyde, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, spf 30 or higher
40s and up: advance retinoid, growth factors to stimulate collagen production, spf 30 or higher

Schedule 2 weeks in advance if you have a big event to prevent any complication such as bruising.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, high sugar, high salt 24-48 hours prior to decrease chances bruising
Start arnica 2 days prior to avoid bruising

Facial treatments are immediately effective.
Chemical Peels may take up to 14 days to fully expose new skin
If you received a chemical peel, DO NOT pick and let your old skin fall off naturally to avoid any scaring.
